The ZDBL15UART 15A sensorless brushless UART motor controller is suitable for a range of applications and can be used with a large range of brushless DC (BLDC) motors. The ZDBL Series of Sensorless Brushless Motor Controllers is widely used in pump and process control applications and industrial applications, the ZDBL15UART is reliable and offers exceptional power in a lightweight, compact package.

The ZDBL15UART is designed to be lightweight and compact enabling easy integration into a broad range of applications. At 55mm long and 23mm wide, the controller can be quickly and discreetly mounted.
The power offered from this small footprint allows for a broad range of motors to be used with the controller.
Direct Control over RS232 or RS485
The ZDBL15UART sensorless brushless UART motor controller allows you to directly control the performance of the controller from a PLC or computer and optimise parameters for your specific application.
However we will also get the best possible performance out of any motor that you may choose (provided the specifications are appropriate) by helping you with optimising the controller to the motor of your choice.
Easy to setup and install with in-line wiring
The ZDBL15UART incorporates in-line wiring in order to enable easy installation and easy incorporation into a range of scenarios. See diagrams which illustrate power inputs and motor phase wire outputs.
