There are a number of options which can be added to the ZDBL20 BLDC motor driver (brushless ESC) to help customise both the performance of the controller and add additional control options such as external user interfaces. User interfaces can range from simple plugin pots through to LCD screens and customised set up boards. Always remember that if you do not see the option that you want below this does not mean we cannot help you! 3. We are also able to offer custom branded batches of the ZDBL20 brushless ESC board if required (this is generally only worthwhile in batch sizes of 100+ but please get in touch to discuss options).

For example if you require a brushless motor driver with additional onboard pots to enable presetting of speed and current this can be done. Alternatively you may want to use a range of switches to quickly make changes to the performance of the motor.

The ZDBL20 sensorless brushless motor controller delivers up to 600w of brushless motor drive from a compact package measuring 55mm x 55mm.
The ZDBL20 brushless ESC is fully programmable allowing it to be optimised for a wide range of motor projects and applications (see right hand side for some typical applications) but also enabling the controller to store preset programmes which can be triggered as required.
By optimising the settings and parameters on the ZDBL20 brushless motor controller to your choice of motor the ZDBL20 can deliver class leading performance in both mechanical output but also in energy efficiency. This is most noticeable in the startup sequences (a point which can often be problematic in a lot of applications which use sensorless brushless motors).
