ZDBL2 - SENSORLESS BRUSHLESS MOTOR CONTROLLER (BLDC MOTOR DRIVER OR BRUSHLESS ESC)

 •The ZDBL2 Brushless ESC offers a flexible solution for Sensorless Brushless DC motor control and features closed loop PI (proportional integral) control allowing constant speed or constant current.



•Up to 2A bldc motor driver at 24v.



•Programmable current limits enable the ZDBL2 bldc motor driver to operate safely and effectively in a number of applications.



•The ZDBL2 Brushless ESC features speed control via 0-5Vdc analogue voltage or external pulses.



•The selectable acceleration settings on the ZDBL2 Brushless ESC are especially useful for applications where starting under load is essential.



•The ZDBL2 Brushless ESC also features closed loop feedback from back EMF. This allows the ZDBL2 to maintain constant speed under variable load even without sensors.



•Over temperature protections and stall detection make the ZDBL2 Brushless ESC a safe and secure option.




•Weighs less than 12g.



•Measures 55mm x 11.7mm x 23mm.



A brushless ESC designed for sensorless brushless motors but also capable of operating sensored BLDC motors. The ZDBL2 BLDC motor controller is fully programmable and can be set up in open loop or closed loop (using feedback through back-EMF). This enables constant speed under variable load. One of the hardest aspects of controlling sensorless BLDC motors is the startup sequence. To address these problems the ZDBL2 features programmable acceleration settings allowing fine tuning of startup and acceleration in sensorless BLDC motors (particularly where hard starts or starting under load is required).

A COMPACT SENSORLESS BRUSHLESS MOTOR CONTROLLER FOR A  BROAD RANGE OF APPLICATIONS

The ZDBL2 brushless motor controller weighs less than 12g and delivers up to 70w of brushless motor drive from a small DC power supply.

The ZDBL2 brushless ESC is also fully programmable allowing it to be quickly optimised for a wide range of applications but also enabling the system as a whole to store key programmes as required in your application.

By optimising the controller to your choice of motor we can deliver exceptional performance both in terms of mechanical output but also in energy efficiency. This is perhaps most noticeable in the startup sequences (an area which can often be problematic using sensorless brushless motors).
