•The ZD4 stepper motor controller and driver delivers up to 35v and up to 4A of stepper motor power. The ZD4 stepper motor driver has also been designed to enable easy mounting on the rear of NEMA 23 motors.
•As with all the ZD stepper motor driver range, the ZD4 offers up to 128 microsteps. Utilising this level of microstepping enables the ZD4 to produce exceptional positional accuracy and also enhanced smoothness. •The selectable acceleration settings of the ZD4 stepper motor controller and driver enable the startup phase to be carefully optimised to improve performance and efficiency. This feature can also be used to optimise acceleration and deceleration curves for projects such as POS display equipment where smooth operation is essential.
•As with all Zikodrive Motor Controllers, the ZD4 stepper motor driver is fully programmable. This allows us to set up and optimise all parameters specifically for your application. •Onboard over temperature protections and stall detection allow the ZD4 stepper motor driver to protect motors and increase safety.
There are a range of customisation options which can be incorporated or added to the ZD4 stepper motor driver. These can either be used to customise the performance of the controller or add further options such as external user interfaces (from simple plugin pots through to LCD screens and customised set up boards). An intelligent stepper motor controller and driver which offers of up to 4A and 35v. The ZD4 stepper motor driver is both completely programmable and can also be quickly set up to perform well in a wide range of applications. The ZD4 can be used to drive stepper motors up to NEMA 23 and also incorporates a range of mounting holes allowing easy mounting to NEMA 23 stepper motors. The ZD4 can also be operated using UART over RS232 or RS485 (plugin board required). As with the entire ZD range of stepper motor drivers, the ZD4 is designed to be as flexible and programmable as possible and there are a range of customisation options available with the controller.
